NGL was established in 2020 by John & Ann Marshall. John had previously worked at American Trust & Savings Bank as the CFO. His encouragement to wife, Ann, to start a little landscaping company was where Natural Groove started. John’s expertise in business and finance was, and is, a perfect complement to Ann’s design skills & love of all things green. She grew up on an Iowa farm and majored in graphic design at Iowa State University.

Together this husband-and-wife team have created a solid small business. Customers as well as crew members enJOY working with the Marshalls… It’s a professional, while naturally groovy business.
